Meet Laura
Hall-Williams.

Laura is a transformation and change leader with almost a decade of experience helping organisations navigate technology-led change. Her career spans global consultancies, across several industries, and enterprise technology transformation at the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm.

Working at the intersection of technology, people and strategy, Laura has led AI adoption, organisational change and digital transformation initiatives across Enterprise AI tooling, cloud engineering and developer platforms. Her expertise combines strategic change leadership with practical delivery, helping organisations turn technology investments into meaningful changes in how people work. She founded Digivise on a simple belief: the future of work isn’t just technical. It’s human.

Through enterprise experience and a practical, people-centred approach, Laura helps organisations navigate AI-driven change with clarity, confidence and purpose.
